3 Days Away...

Sound guys working on new stage

Tons of little wires...

My new office suite

New bookshelves have finally been installed...PTL!

More work yet to do...

More sanctuary pew pics...

Sanctuary finished!

It's hard to believe that our Annual Missions Banquet is just 3 days away!

Plans are moving nicely for hosting the banquet in our newly remodeled fellowship hall. We have been pushing and prodding the workers to complete their tasks so we can utilize this spacious area for ministry. The missions banquet will be the first event to open up this area of our flooded out facilities. Remember, it has been four months and eight days since the church went under the waters of Haw Creek! Thank you Lord for the progress you have helped us to make in our rebuilding!

Lots of small projects have been completed in the fellowship hall and overflow room areas. The one still outstanding is the completion of our sound system installation for the new platform space. The sound guys said that tomorrow they should be able to wrap up this project. PTL!

We still do not have approval on the architectural drawings for the rest of the facilities that need rebuilding, but at least they are in the hands of the State Approval Board now. We continue to wait...and wait...and wait!

But this Saturday will be a special time for our church...we're holding the Annual Missions Banquet with 5 different guest missionaries. It's going to be a great time! We've scheduled a catering company to provide the full line buffet of delicious food for this special night. Lots of work has already been done for this upcoming weekend...but I still have some more things to do to be completely ready.

Please keep one of the young men from our church in your prayers. Drew was involved in a four-wheeler accident tonight. He was rushed to Jennings County Hospital where he was examined, but later sent on up to Methodist Hospital in Indy for further testing. Lord Jesus, may your healing power rest upon this teenager and provide the miracle we all are praying for!

We continue to pray in the funds for our rebuilding project after the Flood of 2008. If you would like to help us get back into our church building completely you may go to our website and click on the "resources" tab...then scroll down to the "online giving" and make your contribution:
Thanks so much for your help!

**New milestone for "PASTOR'S BLOG"...passed the 6,000 mark for visitors visiting my page...wow, that's amazing!

Yes! Your blog is great, and I know something about the night elves, they are the race I WOW power leveling when I get my first account:The reclusive Night Elves power leveling[ were the first race to awaken in the World of Warcraft Power Leveling. These shadowy, immortal beings were the first to study magic and let it loose throughout the world nearly ten thousand years before Warcraft I. The Night Elves' reckless use of magic drew the Burning Legion into the world and led to a catastrophic war between the two titanic races. The Night Elves barely managed to banish the Legion from the world, but their wondrous homeland was shattered and drowned by the sea. I love this race and suggested everyone that start their WOW power leveling a rogue or druidof night elf
